Sometimes the best trips are the ones where you don’t plan every minute detail. That was exactly what I was counting on when a friend recommended the hop-on hop-off bus during my visit to San Francisco this past June. The idea? Park in one place, hop on the bus, and let it whisk you around the city. No need to fuss over directions or parking spots — a perfect plan for someone like me, who prefers to wander without a rigid itinerary.

The first thing that caught my attention, even before I had fully settled into the ride, was a massive Grammarly ad plastered across a building. It proudly displayed the tagline, AI that gets write to work. It seemed perfectly suited to San Francisco, a city known for its tech companies and innovations. Grammarly has become an indispensable tool for many, and its integration of Generative AI felt like a reflection of the tech-forward culture here. Seeing that ad right at the start set the tone for the day — it’s the kind of reminder that technology, much like this city, is always finding new ways to evolve.
